Boundaries, Contracting and Containment
The Transforming Trauma National Training Framework sets out 4 levels of training for different parts of the workforce. This training sits at the Trauma Enhanced Level, which describes the knowledge required by workers who have more regular and intense contact with individuals who are known to be affected by traumatic events, and who provide specific supports or interventions and/or who direct or manage services.
