The Scottish Government want to hear the views from as many people as possible (especially children and young people) on how the children’s hearings system can be improved. Find out how you can get involved.
The Scottish Government would like your views on how the children’s hearings system can be improved. Some children and young people in Scotland are in need or at risk and need legal protections. That can be because of what other people have done, or because of something they may have done themselves. The children’s hearings system makes legal decisions to help keep children and young people, and those around them, safe. They want to make sure it can deliver the best possible experiences to the children and families in need of its support. There’s lots of other work happening, but your views will help inform any changes to policy or law.
Why you should get involved?
The changes could have a big impact on different people, including children, young people and their families. The Scottish Government want to hear from as many people as possible and especially want to hear from children and young people.
